Description   "Focus Mandala" by Vikki Reed Having completed a small "Preliminary Focus" mandala, the time was right to begin the "Focus Mandala". August 12, 2007. The weeks that followed held much in the way of highs and lows, crisis and celebration.  I was no doubt being reminded that I choose my focus.  In crisis, it is easy to look at only how circumstances are not pleasing, OR I can focus on what I would choose to experience instead.  Remembering that I create what I focus on, I have new determination to discipline my thoughts in a positive direction. "Focus Mandala" concludes in record time on 09-08-07.  I am oddly dissatisfied at first with the result.  WillI choose to focus on what I perceive to be shortcomings or on its magnificence? As always, the mandala serves as my teacher and guide.  If this mandala speaks to you, may it lead you in cultivating an ever more satisfying focus.
