Description   "Well-Being Mandala" by Vikki Reed With a list of more than thirty mandalas waiting for expression, one that was not even on the list jumps to the front of my consciousness.  "Well-Being Mandala" begins March 3, 2008. The mandala begins with a path in the center, sky above reflecting the earth below.  The outer reality will reflect the inner state.  Well-being is developed from within.  The center is surrounded with a quiet space, to illustrate that making space is mandatory for development of well-being. What is more desirable than to live in the state of well-being? How is this cultivated? What first came to my attention was what blocks well-being; unforgiveness, especially of the self (which leads to a pattern of self-punishment), constant anticipation of what comes next (which preempts enjoyment of the now) and resistance to "what is" (causing stress and struggle.) "Well-Being Mandala" developed in a way that almost defies explanation.  There is a mysterious quality about the mandala that intrigues me.  During the creation there were synchronicities  galore!  Completed April 12, 2008, it is continuing to provide me with new information, I am still learning from it. Let this mandala remind you of the gift of being fully present, allowing with joy "what is". Be Well!
